About the role

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as showering, personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Adapt to and support clients with varying levels of independence and needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to follow care plans and assist with medication management.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.

Pay

The pay rate is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
