Job Summary
Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands.
About the Role
We assist clients with their daily quality of life by helping with non-medical personal care assistance. Each care plan is tailored to each client's individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands.
- Tailor care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.

- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and assist with daily activities.
