Job Summary

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire, ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance, including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily non-medical personal care tasks such as showering, personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Transport clients for medical appointments and errands as needed.
• Tailor care plans to meet individual client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
