About the role

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Support clients with personal hygiene and mobility needs
• Help clients manage medications and appointments
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Transport clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings
• Engage with clients to maintain their social connections and overall quality of life

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly populations preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Passionate about making a positive impact on the community

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and adaptability to changing situations
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Skills

• Basic computer skills (email, internet research)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Pay
