About the role

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire that range in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist clients with daily non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily non-medical personal care tasks
• Support clients with meal preparation and housekeeping
• Transport clients for medical appointments and errands
• Cater to each client's individual needs based on their care plan

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with clients
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

The pay rate is commensurate with experience.
