About the role
Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire, ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to each client's individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities
- Help with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
