Job Details
Ascentria Care Alliance has over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 to 102 years old. We provide non-medical personal care assistance to help clients with daily activities such as showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation for medical appointments and errands. Our goal is to support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
About the Role
We are looking for Personal Care Providers who can make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities including showering, personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Transport clients for medical appointments and errands
- Cater to each client's individual needs based on their care plan
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Passionate about helping others and improving quality of life

Pay
The pay rate is commensurate with experience.
