PCS Field Supervisor

Seeking a caring Field Supervisor who possesses the necessary compassion, dedication, and professionalism to join our team and supervise the delivery of personal care services, ensuring clients receive care according to authorized tasks and hours.

About the role

The Field Supervisor communicates professionally with employees, case managers, and clients, provides specialized educational training for attendants, attends team meetings, schedules services, completes initial client evaluations, ensures EVV compliance, and supports HR in improving attendant performance.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with employees, case managers, and clients in a professional and effective manner
• Provides specialized educational training designed to prepare attendants for client-specific needs based on diagnosis
• Attends team meetings and/or training as required
• Available to provide services to clients if a back-up PCA is not available
• Schedules according to service plans, authorized hours, and required days per week
• Completes initial evaluation of assistance needed by client to achieve activities of daily living
• Ensures attendants understand EVV by demonstration
• Works with HR to support attendants and improve performance
• Performs other related responsibilities, activities, assignments, duties, and projects as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Equivalence Degree (G.E.D.) required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Personal Care Services (Medicaid) and state requirements
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift 50+ pounds, and move intermittently

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in good standing; OR
• Have completed at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education. One year’s management or supervisory experience for a healthcare provider may be substituted for each required year of college
