PCS Exhaust Technician - D-Shift
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, chillers, exhaust systems, and related equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace components including pumps, O-rings, seals, heater wraps, and other mechanical parts
- Conduct visual inspections of vacuum pump exhaust lines and associated systems
- Complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance activities on piping and exhaust systems
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment readings accurately
- Use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Identify potential equipment issues and report findings to leadership
- Follow all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols while working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Support equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance practices
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance, mechanical, construction, manufacturing, or related experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Must be able to work onsite in Taylor, TX
About the Role
ABM is a leading provider of integrated facility solutions. This is a hands-on mechanical maintenance role supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Shift
Shift: 5:45 PM to 6 AM D shift works Wednesdays through Friday + every other Saturday (3 days one week – 4 days the following)

What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with pumps, piping, exhaust systems, HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or similar mechanical systems preferred
Good hand dexterity and ability to perform detailed mechanical work
Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
