PCS Exhaust Technician - A-Shift

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, chillers, exhaust systems, and related equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace components including pumps, O-rings, seals, heater wraps, and other mechanical parts
- Conduct visual inspections of vacuum pump exhaust lines and associated systems
- Complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance activities on piping and exhaust systems
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment readings accurately
- Use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Identify potential equipment issues and report findings to leadership
- Follow all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols while working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Support equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance practices
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with pumps, piping, exhaust systems, HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or similar mechanical systems (preferred)
- Good hand dexterity and ability to perform detailed mechanical work
- Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance, mechanical, construction, manufacturing, or related experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Must be able to work onsite in Taylor, TX
- Must meet all requirements for access to semiconductor manufacturing environments, including providing up to a 10-year work history when available

Pay
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule
Shift: 5:45 AM to 6 PM A-shaft works Sundays through Tuesdays along with every other Wednesdays (3 days one week – 4 days the following)
