PCA-LNA-PCA live in Caregiver in your area

Live-in caregivers are paid for 16 hours of a 24-hour shift, with 8 hours of unpaid rest. Work week runs Monday–Sunday; Day 1 starts the first day worked of the week.

Pay

$240 – $360 a day live-in rates.

• Caregivers should receive 8 hours of rest at night.
• Live-in caregivers will have a sleeping area separate from the client and access to a bath/shower area.
• Clients are responsible for providing food. If this is not possible, the caregiver will be reimbursed a $10/day meal stipend.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle to get to and from clients – must have reliable transportation.
• Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, or LNA certification.
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
• Good time management skills.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house.
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client.
• Assist with shopping errands.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
