Caregiver/PCA

About the role

As a Caregiver at Interim HealthCare, you will support a full range of client services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. You'll be called to care when you're needed most, providing one-on-one client care and making a meaningful difference in someone's life every day.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, and assisting with personal hygiene
• Assist with grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a client's condition

Requirements

• Compassionate attitude with a desire to care for people
• Six (6) months of verifiable work experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Current and compliant TB test (within the last year)
