Caregiver/PCA

Full Job Description

Senior Helpers North Metro is hiring caregivers for positions in Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Champlin, Circle Pines, Elk River, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Otsego, Ramsey, and the surrounding areas. The role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), providing companionship and emotional support, performing household tasks, and enjoying the work as a North Metro Caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned; may include assistance with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation, building a rapport, and participating in client hobbies or activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry support, or general tidying up around the home.
• Enjoy the work as a North Metro Caregiver.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate - you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Valid driver's license, reliable and insured transportation.
• PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, medical and nursing assistance, and/or certification as a CNA/HHA/PCA.
