Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Provide companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to qualify for this position
• Ability to get to work using reliable transportation
• Valid US‑issued driver’s license with no serious driving violations
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Pass a criminal background check prior to employment
• Pass a drug screening test
• Must be reachable via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates, and/or emergencies

Qualifications

• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care (preferred)
• Experience with gait belt transfers (preferred)
