PCA Caregiver

About the role

We are now hiring PCA caregivers for immediate start at our location in Summerlin, Las Vegas. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Completing daily tasks safely and professionally (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
• Providing companionship and engaging with clients and their families
• Aiding with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Handling administrative tasks including documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in the client's condition

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to drive clients
• Integrity, caring attitude, compassion, and respectful treatment of clients and staff
• Ability to relate well to people, especially seniors
• Reasonable availability of at least 5 hours, 4 days a week
• One year of field experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide preferred but training provided for qualified candidates
• Passing state and federal background checks and drug screens
• Getting a current TB test and physical exam before starting work
• Obtaining CPR and First Aid certifications (we can assist with this)
• Providing two personal and two professional references
• Fluency in English
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
