PCA 7am-3pm FT Memory Care

About the role

The Ashford of Grove City is seeking a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver to join our team. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Perform physical resident care including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Answer call lights promptly and address resident and family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Absorb and assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• CPR certified.
• Nurse Aide certification is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

Pay

$16/hr plus shift differential.
