Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay

Hourly pay range: $16.30 – $20.40. In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. Eligibility for such bonuses depends on the employee’s position, the plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
