Caregiver (Memory Care) - FT (11pm-7am)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Afford residents assistance with daily activities, provide basic medical care, and address emotional and behavioral needs as outlined in their service plans. Collaborate with the LPN or designated staff to develop and refine these plans based on resident feedback and observed effectiveness. Monitor residents' conditions and relay pertinent observations to relevant personnel. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
• Maintain all necessary certifications per state or provincial regulations
• Satisfy applicable health-related requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
