PC Technician

Key Duties

• Provide IT support in an Enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot system hardware and software
• Configure and validate network workstations
• Document and query reported incidents
• Support IT system operation, maintenance, and security
• Support Army and/or Joint Mission Command system interoperability requirements

Requirements

• Secret clearance
• Associate degree in an IT related field or four years’ professional experience
• Current certification meeting the requirements for the DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at the Basic proficiency level
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
• Demonstrated knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security
• Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software
• Demonstrated knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations
• Demonstrated knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents
• Knowledge of interoperability of Army and/or Joint Mission Command systems
• Experience providing IT support in an Enterprise environment
