PC Technician

About the role

As a PC Technician, you will support and manage all end-user hardware and software technology. This position works independently in a team environment to install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage software and equipment used to serve our members and employees. Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for multiple locations while building relationships with co-workers.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues by identifying and executing solution processes.
• Support and maintain enterprise automation technology used to assist in the deployment of end-user hardware and software.
• Provide support to the systems team to answer network, PC, and software questions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or information systems (or equivalent experience).
• Two plus years of information systems experience.
• Ability to change priorities, stay organized, and have fun.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
