About the role

BASX, a leading provider of custom HVAC solutions, is seeking a skilled Paint Department Worker to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our delivery schedules and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery schedules while maximizing productivity
• Prepares powder, fire oven, and adjusts equipment settings for quality
• Performs as a primary forklift driver for the department
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in written and spoken form
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Sit or stand for up to 95% of work hours
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.71 - $23.56 per hour.
