About the role

BASX, a leading manufacturer of custom HVAC solutions, is seeking a Paint Department Associate to join our dynamic team. Located in Redmond, OR, BASX is part of AAON and has grown significantly since its founding in 2014.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery schedules while maximizing productivity
• Prepares powder, fire oven, and adjusts equipment settings for quality
• Performs as a primary forklift driver for the department
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal relationships
• Strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 50 lbs
• Sits or stands for up to 95% of work hours
• Visits manufacturing facility with seasonal temperature variations, dust, and chemical fume exposure

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.71 - $23.56 per hour.
