PBX / Rooms Control

Job Summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a PBX Telephone Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to the resort
• Handle a high volume of calls
• Answer questions relating to the hotel

Requirements

• Experience working with PBX systems
• Knowledge of OperaRooms control
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

The starting rate for this position is $20.50 per hour.

The PBX Telephone Operator should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The starting rate for this position is $20.50 per hour.
