PBX Operator PRN

Job Summary

As a PBX operator, you are responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, monitoring emergency alarms, responding to emergency requests for cardiac care units and resuscitation teams, and providing productive clerical support.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• A minimum of one year of experience on a multiple-position telephone switchboard
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to identify and resolve customer service issues
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed
