Responsibilities

• Answer the hospital switchboard and overhead paging system.
• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate departments.
• Monitor hospital alarms and follow policy and procedures for all emergency codes.
• Communicate effectively with the population served.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required for all new hires effective 4/1/14).
• Previous PBX experience preferred.
• Previous experience in an office or receptionist role.
• Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $15.92 to $20.50 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
