Responsibilities
- Answer the hospital switchboard and overhead paging system.
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate departments.
- Monitor hospital alarms and follow policy and procedures for all emergency codes.
- Communicate effectively with the population served.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required for all new hires after 4/1/14).
- Previous PBX experience preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role.
- Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet required timelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
Pay
The estimated starting compensation for this role is $15.92 per hour. The exact starting pay will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Schedule
