PB Material Handler - Saxdor

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and accurate tasks related to material receipt, verification, and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory within the ERP system and the warehouse.
• Resolve part discrepancies with Line Spider, including missing, damaged, or unused parts.
• Identify and resolve picking issues, ensuring inventory accuracy of assigned parts.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and maintain new stocking locations.
• Show proficiency in Syteline, including part and kit screens, shortage files, on-hand balances, MRP requirements, and disbursement screens.
• Communicate kit errors to BOM associates and assist with associate training.
• Perform additional warehouse duties such as hose cutting, engine hanging, and resin room handling.
• Contribute to housekeeping and other work-related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving methods and initiate/respond to communications.
• Follow established processes to ensure timely completion of job duties.

Qualifications

• Able to work at heights above four feet.
• High school diploma or GED, or one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, print, and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Proficiency in Syteline, including part and kit screens, shortage files, on-hand balances, MRP requirements, and disbursement screens.
• Ability to communicate kit errors to BOM associates and assist with associate training.
• Ability to perform additional warehouse duties such as hose cutting, engine hanging, and resin room handling.
• Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving methods and initiate/respond to communications.
• Ability to follow established processes to ensure timely completion of job duties.
