We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, job summary: "This position is advertised from the minimum to the mid-point hourly rate. Salary will be determined on education and experience at the time of offer." That's about pay. So we can have a Pay section with that content. Nature of Work: long description of duties. That's Responsibilities. Experience and Education: "Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field; AND five years experience in governmental accounting; three years supervisory experience preferred, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP); requires successful completion of a background check." That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could combine as Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (preferred). But we can have a Requirements section for mandatory, and Qualifications for preferred. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: separate into Knowledge, Skills, Abilities. Could put under Skills section? The instruction: use headings for Skills. So we can have a Skills section covering knowledge, skills, abilities. Work Environment: maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted unless we map to something like "Work Environment" not in list; we could omit as not required headings. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include it under a generic section? The instruction says use headings only for those listed; we should not create other headings. So we need to embed work environment info perhaps under Responsibilities or Skills? But it's not exactly duties. Could include under a

after Skills? Probably we can include as a

without heading, but must preserve info. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a Work Environment section using

but not in the list; maybe better to avoid. Could incorporate into Responsibilities as a paragraph. Medical Coverage Category etc: that's Benefits. So Benefits section. Also there are questions about relatives etc: that's application instructions/boilerplate; we should remove. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft:

About the role

maybe not needed; we have job summary already covered in Pay? Actually About the role could be a brief summary: "Under limited supervision, performs professional and technical public sector accounting work of considerable difficulty; supervises professional and paraprofessional payroll staff; this position has county wide responsibility." That's from Nature of Work. Could be About the role. But we already have Responsibilities covering duties. Could combine. Better: About the role: short summary of nature of work. Responsibilities: detailed list. Let's extract About the role: first sentence of Nature of Work: "Under limited supervision, performs professional and technical public sector accounting work of considerable difficulty; supervises professional and paraprofessional payroll staff.; this position has county wide responsibility." We'll make a paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Plans, coordinates, and evaluates..." etc. We'll make
  • items. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field; AND five years experience in governmental accounting; three years supervisory experience preferred, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP); requires successful completion of a background check. Skills: Knowledge of: County policies and procedures; payroll rules and regulations; GAAP; UMAC; GASB; Federal and state regulations; ACFR. Skill in: Tax rate calculation; auditing and internal control procedures; supervisory practices and skills; using automated accounting systems and applicable software; maintaining efficiency of logical and physical workflow; strong organizational and able to work independently. Ability to: Communicate effectively verbally and written; read, to write and synthesize data and reports; use modern office equipment and computer; in assigning and leading the work of others; in planning and organizing work. We could split into Knowledge, Skills, Abilities but heading Skills covers all. Benefits: Medical Coverage Category details: YCEBT self-funded medical plan administered by BCBSAZ; two medical plan options with six tiers; details of PPO A, HDHP-HSA, employer contributions, wellness incentive, IMS, retirement eligibility note. Pay: "This position is advertised from the minimum to the mid-point hourly rate. Salary will be determined on education and experience at the time of offer." Schedule: not specified; we should not create Schedule section. Work Environment: we could embed under Responsibilities or as a paragraph after Skills without heading. But we need to preserve info. Could add a

after Skills without heading. That's allowed. Let's produce HTML. Make sure no duplicate lines. We'll produce:
