Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support two Payroll Specialists.
• Process and oversee multi‑state payroll operations.
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ADP for payroll‑related issues and system support.
• Partner with onsite HR administrators to resolve payroll concerns.
• Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as backup payroll processor as needed and directly own 1‑2 payroll groups.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Experience processing multi‑state payroll.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong payroll administration experience in a high‑volume environment.

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000.
