Payroll Specialist & Operations Coordinator

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. payroll operations with a strong focus on certified payroll, prevailing-wage requirements, and compliance. This role will partner closely with Finance and project teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, proper wage classifications, and complete compliance documentation across our U.S. operations. Responsibilities Manage U.S. payroll processing and payroll reconciliationsMaintain employee pay rates, deductions, and payroll recordsSupport prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirementsReview Davis-Bacon and state/local prevailing-wage classificationsCoordinate payroll data with project/job costingSupport payroll audits and compliance documentationSupport finance admin tasks as needed5+ years in payroll or payroll accountingDirect experience with prevailing wages and certified payrollKnowledge of Davis-Bacon and state/local wage requirements preferredStrong attention to detail and Excel skills Salary: $92,000 - $106,000 Location: Remote with a strong preference on the East Coast Exodigo encourages applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
