Payroll Specialist - On-Site - $70k-$80k

About the role

This is a highly visible role where you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and year-end reporting while using ADP WFN.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume payroll process from start to finish.
• Partner across the organization to support employees, managers, and multiple operating locations on payroll-related matters.
• Drive reporting, compliance, and financial accuracy by preparing payroll audits, generating HR and operational reports, and coordinating payroll funding requirements.

Requirements

• At least three years of full-cycle payroll experience, including extensive experience with union and multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to go on-site five days a week in Jersey City.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
• Prior union payroll experience.
• Prior ADP experience is highly preferred.
