Payroll Specialist II

Qualifications

• 1-3 years automated payroll systems experience or equivalent accounting experience.
• Previous payroll experience in a client facing environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines or unusual or critical situations.
• Professional presentation of written information, that is clear and effective for success with clients.
• Direct experience in a variety of SaaS payroll systems, and your ability to learn new ones.
• Background of in-house payroll processing experience in a small to mid-sized business is highly preferred, but not required.

Pay

• The base hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.

Schedule

• This position is based on-site at our office in Gardendale, AL.
