Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll, including timekeeping, wage calculations, deductions, and reporting.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
- Aid in benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Partner with finance to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to HR policies, employee relations, and performance management support.
- Aid in purchase order receiving and ERP data entry.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll and general HR experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll/HRIS platforms such as ADP or Paylocity.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with benefits administration and multi-state payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, audits, and filings.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Salary
$62,000 – $65,000 annually
