Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

This position is accountable for preparing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. This includes audits of pay practices and policies, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax liabilities and various voluntary deductions and preparing manual checks as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
• Minimum two (2) years Computerized payroll experience (required)
• Minimum one (1) year Healthcare payroll (preferred)
• Minimum one (1) year With quarterly 941's and W-2 processing (preferred)

Skills And Abilities

• Computer Skills: 10-key by touch.
• Experience with ERP/Payroll systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and time and attendance systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range

$28.90 - $42.00

Daily Hours: 8
