What You'll Be Doing
- Audit payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the vendor and internal departments.
- Maintain payroll documentation and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support year-end processes including W-2 review, tax filings, and audits.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Aid in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes.
- Monitor vendor performance and participate in periodic reviews and evaluations.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with outsourced payroll providers.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Paychex, etc.) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- FPC/CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.

- This is an ONSITE position located out of our Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC (South End) office.
