Responsibilities

• Process and support payroll activities in a multi-state environment
• Handle certified payroll and payroll-related responsibilities
• Work with payroll systems and related software
• Support the integration of a new payroll system
• Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
• Maintain accuracy while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll and/or accounting-related experience
• Certified payroll and/or union payroll experience preferred
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.

Pay

$28-$33.65/hour
