About the role
The role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and processing employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit enrollments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Process employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off requests.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax forms accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration or similar field.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Gusto).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
