Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multi-state employees in corporate, field, production, and project-based operations
• Manage payroll operations, including wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, deductions, and employee records
• Work in a union environment, including certified payroll

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn additional software programs and web-based portals
• Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 per year
