About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to payroll excellence. We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute pay stubs and other payroll documents to employees.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide timely responses.
- Manage and reconcile payroll accounts, including processing tax deductions and benefits contributions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursements.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required by management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Experience with HRIS and/or timekeeping systems.
- Understanding of federal and state payroll laws and regulations.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
