Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related client inquiries
- Manage the full payroll cycle, including preparation, processing, and review
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, and issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot payroll challenges and implement effective solutions
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted payroll advisor
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Maintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-client environment
- Experience managing the full end-to-end payroll process
- Working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
