About the role
Epic, a privately held global leader in health information technology, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their payroll team. This role focuses on international payroll and plays a key role in the company's business operations by running and improving their payroll program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the company's international payroll program
- Implement new payroll procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide creative solutions to streamline payroll operations
- Research and analyze international payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience or interest in international payroll
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
