Payroll Specialist

About the role

Epic, a privately held global leader in health information technology, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their payroll team. This role focuses on international payroll and plays a key role in running and improving the company's payroll program.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the company's international payroll program
• Implement new payroll procedures and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Provide support and guidance to other payroll team members
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in international payroll
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong writing and research abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations
• Experience working with international currencies and exchange rates

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
