About the role
Epic, a privately held global leader in health information technology, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their payroll team. This role focuses on international payroll and plays a key role in running and continuously improving the company's payroll program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the company’s international payroll system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Implement new payroll procedures and processes
- Provide creative solutions to streamline payroll operations
- Research and analyze payroll trends and best practices
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in international payroll
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities
