Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for union and non-union employees
• Prepare and submit certified payroll and prevailing wage reports
• Review time, wage classifications, and deductions for accuracy
• Manage union benefit reporting and payroll records
• Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and tax changes
• Support audits and resolve payroll-related inquiries

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience (certified payroll or construction strongly preferred)
• Experience with prevailing wage, union payroll, or multi-state payroll
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, deductions, and reporting requirements
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel
