Payroll Specialist

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing. This role supports payroll cycles, compliance, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly)
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax reporting
• Handle employee payroll questions and maintain records
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Support year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines and handle confidential information
