Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a regular cycle
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile discrepancies
• Partner with HR and Finance on employee data and reporting
• Manage payroll systems and support audits as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar)
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 • Location: Boston, MA
