Responsibilities Of The Payroll Specialist

• Processing multi-state payroll for 120+ employees
• Creating payroll-related journal entries for the general ledger
• Balancing and reconciling payroll and benefits activities
• Cross-referencing benefits enrollments including adding new hires and resolving terminations

Background Expected Of The Payroll Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience in professional services is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll processing software

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - 95,000
