Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Southern Suburbs)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for approximately 50 office employees
• Process weekly union payroll and provide backup support for field payroll operations
• Administer multi-state payroll and ensure payroll tax compliance
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports, including Form 941s and state filings
• Coordinate onboarding, layoffs, and union-related payroll communications
• Set up new jobs/projects within payroll systems and support compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Union payroll experience/exposure (required)
• Multi-state payroll experience (required)
• Experience with payroll tax filings, including Form 941s
• Construction industry payroll experience/exposure (preferred)
• Ability to work on-site during the training period
