Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Oshkosh. This role is heavily focused on auditing timecards and transactions, and it involves assisting with HR calls and fostering connections with teammates across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Audit timecards and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with HR calls, providing necessary information and support.
- Build and maintain strong connections with teammates across the US.
- Participate actively in HR training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in using Kronos and Workday.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- Experience with Kronos V8 is preferred.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite for three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days following the completion of training.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
