Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle, multi-state weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees accurately and on schedule
- Lead certified payroll submissions in compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements
- Manage union payroll across seven unions including pipe, steel, and related trades
- Prepare, verify, and submit reports in LCP Tracker and other public works reporting systems including DOL and WH-347
- Complete Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reporting
- Support all regulatory reporting requirements including prevailing wage, certified payroll, tax filings, and project-specific obligations
- Maintain thorough payroll records to support audits, compliance reviews, and retention requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of payroll processing experience required
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll and payroll compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ComputerEase or LCP Tracker preferred
- Construction, union, or prevailing wage experience preferred but not required
