Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle, multi-state weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees accurately and on schedule
  • Lead certified payroll submissions in compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements
  • Manage union payroll across seven unions including pipe, steel, and related trades
  • Prepare, verify, and submit reports in LCP Tracker and other public works reporting systems including DOL and WH-347
  • Complete Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reporting
  • Support all regulatory reporting requirements including prevailing wage, certified payroll, tax filings, and project-specific obligations
  • Maintain thorough payroll records to support audits, compliance reviews, and retention requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of payroll processing experience required
  • Familiarity with multi-state payroll and payroll compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ComputerEase or LCP Tracker preferred
  • Construction, union, or prevailing wage experience preferred but not required
